The SL202 is equipped with 'Face Detection', a feature that locates the subject's face within the frame and adjusts, automatically to capture your subject at the right moment. When the Samsung SL202 is in 'Blink Detection Mode' the camera 'detects' when someone in the frame has their eyes closed and by taking a series of shots will ensure everyone in the finished portrait will have their eyes open. While in 'Smile Mode' a picture is taken in the same manner when everyone is smiling and in 'Beauty Shot' mode, facial skin is re-touched on the subjects so that everyone will have smoother skin in the finished product.
